Housing Developments
The Company has undertaken a number of its own private developments.
These include two houses in Church Road, Lerwick, a block of flats and a shop at Burgh Road, Lerwick, and a 29 house development at Hogalee, East Voe, Scalloway.
We are always interested in purchasing additional sites for development.
